1. Go On A Walk Or Run
One of the top self-care tips for busy moms is moving! Whether it be walking your dog outside, or going for a short jog, it’s great to go outside and exercise. Yes, I know the house is chaotic. But, if you’re kids are either at school, practice, or wherever, and you have a spare 30 minutes to yourself, walking or running is great. It will allow you to keep up with your physical fitness as well as change your surroundings.
Struggling to find time to walk or run?! Try doing so before your kids wake up, after you drop them off at school, or whenever you may have a spare moment to yourself.
2. Try A Workout Class

There are so many great workout classes from yoga, to pilates, spin classes, and even boxing classes. ???? Workout classes are great because they put you out of your comfort zone.
